So... is this a job for Mario and his water gun or Luigi and his ghost vacuum?
Ugh only two people at school knew who this was... that was sad... poor Junior.
Photpcopied the original first, next relined it with pen, then colored with colored pencils.
I should've done it on Photoshop or something. The effect of Boo coming out of Bowser Jr.'s painting doesn't look really good with just colored pencils... boo hoo...

There are two runs. One is segmented run in the normal mansion, which does not get everything, or suck up all of the portrait ghosts.
I recommend you watch the single segment run that gets everything. It is played in the hidden mansion. I really love this game. The ending really shows how much the bros care for each other. The two of them whistling together during the ending credits always makes me smile.
Also just so you know, a Luigi's Mansion 4koma manga exists, but it's very hard to find. I just got super lucky a few days ago and was able to buy it on ebay.

Bowser Jr is a neat character I particularly liked how he had a very major role in Mario and Luigi Partners in Time. Though I never really thought of him as "cute", this picture did it for me. He's adorable here.
I don't know if you're referencing this, but in Luigi's Mansion, one of the Portrait ghosts paints pictures of ghosts, and they come out and "fight" Luigi.
